(눅10:2) 추수할 것은 많되 일꾼이 적으니 그러므로 추수하는 주인에게 청하여 추수할 일꾼들을 보내 주소서 하라 He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

(민14:24) 오직 내 종 갈렙은 그 마음이 그들과 달라서 나를 온전히 따랐은즉 그가 갔던 땅으로 내가 그를 인도하여 들이리니 그의 자손이 그 땅을 차지하리라 But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit and follows me wholeheartedly, I will bring him into the land he went to, and his descendants will inherit it.

(시103:2) 내 영혼아 여호와를 송축하며 그의 모든 은택을 잊지 말지어다 Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits-

(마10:42) 또 누구든지 제자의 이름으로 이 작은 자 중 하나에게 냉수 한 그릇이라도 주는 자는 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 그 사람이 결단코 상을 잃지 아니하리라 하시니라 And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward."

(창1:1) 태초에 하나님이 천지를 창조하시니라 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

(삼상22:1-2) 그러므로 다윗이 그 곳을 떠나 아둘람 굴로 도망하매 그의 형제와 아버지의 온 집이 듣고 그리로 내려가서 그에게 이르렀고/ 환난 당한 모든 자와 빚진 모든 자와 마음이 원통한 자가 다 그에게로 모였고 그는 그들의 우두머리가 되었는데 그와 함께 한 자가 사백 명가량이었더라 David left Gath and escaped to the cave of Adullam. When his brothers and his father's household heard about it, they went down to him there. All those who were in distress or in debt or discontented gathered around him, and he became their leader. About four hundred men were with him.

(렘29:11) 여호와의 말씀이니라 너희를 향한 나의 생각을 내가 아나니 평안이요 재앙이 아니니라 너희에게 미래와 희망을 주는 것이니라 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

(전4:12) 한 사람이면 패하겠거니와 두 사람이면 능히 당하나니 삼겹 줄은 쉽게 끊어지지 아니하느니라 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

(삿7:7) 여호와께서 기드온에게 이르시되 내가 이 물을 핥아 먹은 삼백 명으로 너희를 구원하며 미디안을 네 손에 넘겨 주리니 남은 백성은 각각 자기의 처소로 돌아갈 것이니라 하시니 The LORD said to Gideon, "With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands. Let all the other men go, each to his own place."

(엡6:7) 기쁜 마음으로 섬기기를 주께 하듯 하고 사람들에게 하듯 하지 말라 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men,

(엡4:27) 마귀에게 틈을 주지 말라 and do not give the devil a foothold.

(롬5:3,4) 다만 이뿐 아니라 우리가 환난 중에도 즐거워하나니 이는 환난은 인내를,/ 인내는 연단을, 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이로다 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces patience;/ And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

(눅7:9) 예수께서 들으시고 기이히 여겨 돌이키사 좇는 무리에게 이르시되 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이스라엘 중에서도 이만한 믿음은 만나 보지 못하였노라 하시더라 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to the crowd that was following him, he said, "I tell you, I haven't seen faith like this in all Israel!"

(엡6:1~3) 자녀들아 너희 부모를 주 안에서 순종하라 이것이 옳으니라/ 네 아버지와 어머니를 공경하라 이것이 약속 있는 첫 계명이니/ 이는 네가 잘 되고 땅에서 장수하리라 Children, obey your parents because you belong to the Lord, for this is the right thing to do. "Honor your father and mother." This is the first commandment with a promise. If you honor your father and mother, "things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth."

(창7:1,4) 여호와께서 노아에게 이르시되 너와 네 온 집은 방주로 들어가라 이 세대에서 네가 내 앞에 의로움을 내가 보았음이니라/ 지금부터 칠 일이면 내가 사십 주야를 땅에 비를 내려 내가 지은 모든 생물을 지면에서 쓸어버리리라 The LORD then said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation./ Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made."

(행9:17) 아나니아가 떠나 그 집에 들어가서 그에게 안수하여 가로되 형제 사울아 주 곧 네가 오는 길에서 나타나시던 예수께서 나를 보내어 너로 다시 보게 하시고 성령으로 충만하게 하신다 하니 Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord--Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here--has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit."

(눅24:46~48) 또 이르시되 이같이 그리스도가 고난을 받고 제 삼 일에 죽은 자 가운데서 살아날 것과/ 또 그의 이름으로 죄 사함을 얻게 하는 회개가 예루살렘으로부터 시작하여 모든 족속에게 전파될 것이 기록되었으니/ 너희는 이 모든 일의 증인이라 He told them, "This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,/ and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem./ You are witnesses of these things.

(요19:30) 예수께서 신 포도주를 받으신 후에 이르시되 다 이루었다 하시고 머리를 숙이니 영혼이 떠나가시니라 When he had received the drink, Jesus said, "It is finished." With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

(눅22:42,43) 이르시되 아버지여 만일 아버지의 뜻이거든 이 잔을 내게서 옮기시옵소서 그러나 내 원대로 마시옵고 아버지의 원대로 되기를 원하나이다 하시니/ 천사가 하늘로부터 예수께 나타나 힘을 더하더라 "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done."/ An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.

(고후1:20) 하나님의 약속은 얼마든지 그리스도 안에서 예가 되니 그런 즉 그로 말미암아 우리가 아멘 하여 하나님께 영광을 돌리게 되느니라 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.
